Considering the basic right of human being- housing facility, Apple Holdings (Pvt.) Ltd. launched its journey to meet the challenge of increasing demand of housing facilities especially in urban areas. As Bangladesh is an over populated country housing crisis has emerged a major problem especially in city areas. Moreover, geographically it is situated in the disaster prone area. So sustainable development is immense need in the housing sector at this region right this moment.
Considering these aspects Apple Holdings (Pvt.) Ltd. innovates its different projects to develop, redevelop, acquire and build retail centers & apartments in the urban society and have a positive impact on it.

Primarily we are going to start our projects at different prime locations of Port city Chittagong, Feni and capital city Dhaka within short time. Residential and commercial spaces/ units are available at these projects. Whatever the project, we belief in sustainability; living safety and prospect satisfaction is our prime consideration in continuing a project.
